I'm personally not a fan of One Direction (sorry if this offends you) but I think you did a good job.
One thing that I think might help you in the future is actually drawing out a guide for the face even if you are using a reference because the nose is a little crooked.
And I doesn't matter that you're not a fan of One Direction,because everyone has his own taste in music!
Sorry but someone must say it to you before you start thinking that all is ok and before you stop learning.
